Roles and Responsibilities: ü Seek out the right talent to recruit and schedule interviews by coordinating with department head. Handle recruitment all task independently. ü Responsible for all labour legislation and compliance law compliance for the head office, branch offices, and all sites. ü Responsible that all employees are always under covered by the insurance coverage like GPA, W.C, ESIC, etc... Whichever is applicable to the individual employee. ü Manage an all employee's complete life cycle within the organization. Recruitment to Exit ü Formulating / Upgrading / Developing HR Policies, systems, SOP, practices and implementation across Sakariya Group. ü Maintaining Sakariya group all employee records as well as a comprehensive document file in accordance with the checklist. ü Run payroll, maintaining attendance and leave balance records of entire Sakariya group employees. ü Preparation and updation of Job Descriptions & defining KRAs/KPIs of all the positions in consultation with HODs. ü Create a mechanism for performance management / evaluation and feedback to employees. ü Formulate and Implement employee reward mechanism including increments. ü Employee engagement activity’s & get together. ü Providing Employee services including addressing employee queries, letters, Leave & Attendance, grievances, disciplinary action etc. as per the Company Policy ü Ensure a Cohesive work environment which keeps employees motivated to enhance productivity. ü Office events management & celebration like Holi, Diwali, Ganesh Chaturthi, Navratri etc. ü Responsible for manage HO & Site office complete administration work Record maintain of CMD & his family insurance files & timely renew the policy Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
