HR & Admin Manager – Blaze Machinery (Kitchen Equipment for Sweets ( Mithai ), Ice-Cream & Namkeen) Location: Vasai, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR/Admin roles within manufacturing or industrial setups Salary: Competitive, based on experience Employment Type: Full-time About Blaze Machinery Blaze Machinery specializes in designing and manufacturing high-quality kitchen machinery for sweets, ice-cream, and namkeen production. Located in Vasai (Mumbai), we are committed to excellence, innovation, and maintaining top-tier safety and employee engagement standards. Role Overview As the HR & Admin Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping a positive, efficient workplace. You will manage end-to-end HR processes and oversee administrative operations to ensure smooth factory functioning and high team morale. Responsibilities HR Functions Lead recruitment, onboarding, orientation, training, appraisals, and exit processes Develop and enforce HR policies and SOPs, ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution Drive performance management, retention strategies, and employee engagement initiatives Maintain accurate HR records, MIS reports, and key HR metrics Administrative & Factory Support Oversee attendance, leave management, and ERP/HRIS data entry Supervise facility operations including housekeeping, canteen, dormitories, vehicles, and asset tracking Ensure health, safety, and security compliance; organize drills and liaise with local authorities Manage vendor relationships, audits, and regulatory compliance Handle administrative duties such as travel arrangements, official correspondence, notices, and event coordination Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred) At least 5 years of HR + Admin experience in manufacturing/factory settings Proficiency in Indian labor law, ERP/HRIS systems, and MS Office tools Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work well under pressure High integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality Why Join Blaze Machinery?
