Job Description: We are hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Admin with at least 1 year of experience , who can join immediately . The candidate must possess strong skills in recruitment and HR operations. This role supports daily HR activities, ensuring smooth and efficient internal HR functioning. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and candidate follow-ups Maintain and update employee records and HR database systems Assist in employee onboarding, documentation, and induction formalities Coordinate attendance and leave records; support payroll processing Prepare HR-related letters: offer, appointment, warning, relieving, etc. Ensure HR documentation compliance with internal policies and labor laws Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication Handle general administrative support related to HR functions Required Skills: Experience in recruitment is a must Knowledge of basic HR processes and documentation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance is a plus Educational Qualification: Graduate in Human Resources / Business Administration or any relevant field HR certifications are a plus How to Apply: Email your resume to: glhr.recruiter1@ghatgegroup.com Contact: 9766261400 Immediate joiners will be given preference.
