Job Description

Role Overview :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations and administrative functions. This role will ensure seamless office operations, foster employee engagement, maintain compliance, and provide essential support to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of people management skills, organizational efficiency and administrative expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage job postings, screen candidates, conduct interviews and
  • facilitate induction and onboarding programs.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement initiatives, recognition programs and team-building events.
  • Employee Support: Address employee queries and grievances promptly and effectively.
  • HR Operations: Maintain attendance, leave records, timesheets and employee databases; coordinate with finance for payroll processing.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
  • Office Administration: Oversee office facilities, supplies, groceries and vendor management maintain asset records and ensure a clean, safe and productive work environment.
  • Logistics & Travel: Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings and related logistics for employees.
  • Documentation: Maintain company records, contracts, agreements and prepare HR reports,MIS and other required documentation.
  • Management Support: Provide administrative assistance to management and other departments as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR and Administration (freshers with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
  • Proficiency in HR software (HRMS/KEKA), MS Office, and knowledge of labor laws.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹230,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year
