Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
HR & Admin Executive
to manage end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and administrative functions for a young and fast-growing gaming & entertainment company. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, people-focused, and able to support HR processes that keep BeBetta running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (End-to-End Recruitment)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding.
- Create job descriptions, post jobs, and maintain talent pipelines.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions efficiently.
- Schedule interviews, conduct HR rounds, negotiate offers & release offer letters.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
2. Administration & Office Management
- Oversee office operations: supplies, coordination with vendors, housekeeping, and logistics.
- Support travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and internal coordination.
- Handle asset allocation, ID cards, access control & admin documentation.
- Ensure a smooth, well-organized, employee-friendly workplace environment.
3. Compliance & Policy Support
- Assist in maintaining HR policies, contracts, and documentation.
- Support payroll inputs: attendance, leaves, reimbursements, and data collation.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and statutory requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum
1 year of experience
in HR, Recruitment, or HR & Admin roles
. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing platforms, and HR operations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain high accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR systems (preferred).
- Energetic, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
