Job Description: HR & Admin ExecutivePosition: HR & Admin ExecutiveLocation: Skywalk the Element, Godrej Garden City RoadReports To: PartnersJob Type: Full-time, Permanent Background:We are in the process of establishing a new company and are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to help us set up the foundation for our team and office. The ideal candidate will be someone who can manage the HR and administrative functions while contributing to the smooth setup of the office, team, and culture. Key Responsibilities: Team Setup & HR OperationsAssist in managing the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.Maintain employee records, ensuring that they are up to date and compliant with company policies and labor laws.Support the creation of HR policies and procedures for a new company, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with organizational goals.Assist in coordinating employee benefits, payroll, and performance management systems.Office Administration & SetupSupport the office rental process, including negotiations, contracts, and space setup.Assist in managing office supplies, equipment, and overall office organization to ensure a smooth daily operation.Help set up and maintain office processes, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.General AdministrationHandle day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and supporting other business functions as required.Ensure that all administrative functions are completed accurately and on time, supporting the team’s overall productivity. Skills and Qualifications:Experience: 5-7 years in HR and Administration, with hands-on experience in team setup, office management, and general HR functions.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using HR software, office tools (like Microsoft 365), and basic social media platforms.Problem-Solving: Able to identify and resolve HR and admin-related issues in a fast-paced startup environment.Social Media Skills (Preferred but not required):Basic understanding of social media management, including content creation, posting, and monitoring.Ability to support internal communications and employer branding through social media channels.
