Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking professional to join our team as an HR & Operations Executive. This role sits at the intersection of HR, Business Operations, and Technology, making it ideal for someone who can drive efficiency, structure workflows, and contribute to organizational development.


As an HR & Operations Executive, you will support the integration of digital tools into business operations, streamline HR processes, maintain records, automate documentation, and support cross-functional coordination. Your work will directly enhance operational productivity, documentation accuracy, internal communication, and strategic decision-making.


The role is well-suited for individuals with strong communication skills, analytical thinking, structured organizational habits, and a willingness to learn across HR, Operations, and Business functions. You will closely collaborate with HR, Accounts, Business, and Technology teams and gain comprehensive exposure to company systems and operational strategies.


Key Responsibilities

Managing internal and external meetings, communications, and coordination with global clients, employees, and partners.

  • Maintaining master documentation related to HR operations, policies, employee records, contracts, and internal business data.
  • Supporting HR processes such as onboarding, data management, performance tracking, documentation, and compliance.
  • Coordinating operational activities, internal tasks, follow-ups, and cross-department collaboration to ensure timely execution.
  • Preparing proposals, reports, internal memorandums, agreements, and presentations for business or operational use.
  • Supporting process automation, workflow documentation, and operational systems to enhance productivity.
  • Monitoring HR and operational KPIs, analyzing insights, and recommending improvements.
  • Keeping updated on modern HR, operations, and digital transformation practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Ensuring confidentiality, compliance, and structured data handling across all communication and documentation.
  • Assisting the technology team with operational planning, communication, and alignment for internal initiatives.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, HR, or related field).
  • Interest in HR, Business Management, and Operational Systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic business documentation tools.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation accuracy and structured record keeping.
  • Clear communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand data, derive insights, and present findings.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
  • Capable of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly.
  • Flexibility to coordinate across multiple time zones based on business needs.
