Required Skills & Qualifications 4+ years of experience in backend development using Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI) 1+ year of experience with ReactJS, including hooks, state management, Redux, and API integrations. Solid understanding of RESTful API design and security standards (OAuth2, JWT). Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. Familiar with microservices architecture and modern software design patterns. Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes. Strong analytical and debugging skills with attention to performance and scalability.
