Role Overview


We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Accounts Executive who can manage both people operations and financial workflows. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, can multitask effectively, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations across HR, payroll, compliance, and basic accounting.


Key Responsibilities


Human Resources • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle — onboarding, documentation, induction, and exit processes. • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems. • Prepare and process monthly payroll, salary structures, and revisions. • Maintain HR compliance and assist in drafting & implementing HR policies. • Coordinate recruitment activities — job posting, screening candidates, scheduling interviews. • Address employee concerns and contribute to building a positive work culture.


Accounts & Finance • Prepare monthly salary sheets and manage timely payouts. • Handle TDS, PF, ESIC, and statutory deductions with accuracy. • Coordinate with external CA for GST filings, vendor payments, and financial compliance. • Maintain petty cash, employee reimbursements, and vendor invoices. • Assist in bookkeeping and record management using accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks). • Support the creation of monthly financial reports and expense summaries.


Requirements


Experience • 1–3 years of experience in HR and accounts roles. • Strong understanding of payroll processes, TDS, PF, and statutory compliance. • Experience in basic accounting and finance operations.

Skills • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. • Good organisational and documentation abilities.
