SUMMARY UK IT Recruiter Location: Pune Office Timing: 1:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. IST NP: Immediate Requirements Requirements: Regular Bachelor's degree required 4-8 years of experience in IT recruitment supporting the Talent Acquisition/UK Thorough understanding of different sourcing methods/tools Experience in full-time hiring is preferred Good understanding of different work authorizations/VISAs in the UK Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Able to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge, and multiple deadlines and priorities, high attention to detail Possess a controls mindset; understand employment laws and regulations Experience planning and managing networking events or projects Prior experience handling sensitive/confidential information Able to provide the market intelligence with data and metrics Strong time management skills, and the ability to consistently prioritize and re-prioritize
