About the Role:

HR Recruiter Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with sourcing candidates using various platforms
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
Conduct initial phone or video interviews with candidates
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems
Post job openings on internal and external job portals
Support HR team in employer branding initiatives
Assist with onboarding processes for new hires
Prepare reports and recruitment-related documentation as needed

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Interest in recruitment and HR practices
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
