HR Executive (Night Shift) Location: Gurgaon Schedule: 9:00 PM 7:00 AM IST, Monday-Friday Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We’re hiring a detail-oriented HR Executive to run end-to-end HR operations during the night shift—owning recruitment pipelines, onboarding, HRIS updates, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee support for night teams. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews; manage ATS/trackers; conduct initial HR rounds; issue offers. Onboarding & Exit: Pre-joining checks, documentation, induction, asset/ID creation, exit formalities, and FNF coordination. HR Operations: Maintain HRIS/employee records, attendance & leave audits, night-shift allowances, and weekly/monthly MIS. Payroll Support: Collate attendance, overtime, variable pay inputs; coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate payroll. Policies & Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, PoSH processes, and internal policies; maintain audit-ready files. Employee Relations: Handle queries, grievances, shift logistics, engagement activities, and morale programs for night teams. Performance & L&D: Support goal-setting cycles, confirmations, appraisals, PIPs, and training calendars. Vendor Management: Liaise with recruitment partners, background verification, insurance/benefits providers. Requirements Experience: 3+ years in HR operations/recruitment (night-shift or international process experience preferred). Education: Bachelor’s in HR/Business/related field (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus). Skills: Strong English communication, Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (VLOOKUP/Pivot preferred), HRIS/ATS familiarity, impeccable documentation.
