Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Unit Head to lead our hospital unit in Chirag Enclave, South Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring superior patient experiences, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and supporting our vision for next-generation healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across all hospital departments.
• Coordinate clinical & non-clinical teams for seamless patient care.
• Manage support functions: front office, billing, housekeeping, security, F&B, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with NABH standards and regulatory norms (fire safety, BMW, etc.).
• Plan manpower, approve rosters, and address staff grievances.
• Drive patient satisfaction initiatives; resolve complaints promptly.
• Monitor operations through dashboards & MIS; implement corrective measures.
• Oversee SOP implementation, quality improvement projects, and audits.
• Collaborate on budgeting, cost optimization, and revenue enhancement.
• Partner with marketing & business development for unit promotion.
• Ensure facility readiness, safety audits, and emergency preparedness.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership & team management skills in healthcare.
• Strong operational management expertise.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with decisive leadership ability.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in hospital/healthcare management preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in South Delhi.
