Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller located in Nehru Place Block B. The Tele Caller will be responsible for initiating telephonic conversations with potential and existing patients, providing relevant information about the hospital’s services, scheduling appointments, and following up on patient inquiries. The role also includes maintaining patient records, handling feedback, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or related fields
• Ability to manage and record patient interactions and data
• Proficiency in using telecommunication and CRM software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team and handle patient inquiries efficiently
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; any additional relevant certification is a plus
