Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support through phone calls.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to increase sales and satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Tele Caller or in a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices, with a focus on customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
