• Experienced (Steel Industry): 12,000 – 14,000 per month

Working Hours: 11 AM To 8 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and confident Tele Caller to handle customer calls related to steel products, inquiries, and follow-ups. The role involves communicating with customers, generating leads, and supporting sales activities. Freshers are welcome, while candidates with prior experience in the steel industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and prospective clients
• Handle inbound calls and respond to product and pricing inquiries
• Explain steel products, availability, and basic pricing details
• Generate leads and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups
• Maintain accurate call records and customer databases
• Follow up on quotations, orders, and payment reminders when required
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills in Hindi (local language preferred; basic English an advantage)
• Confident and polite telephone manner
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM preferred)
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment

Experience Criteria

• Freshers are welcome
• 1–2 years’ experience in tele-calling within the steel industry will be mandatory
