Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10-25 years of experience in sales, preferably in telecalling.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Make outbound calls to promote products or services and achieve sales targets.
Build strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in telecalling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
