Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 5-25 years of experience in front desk operations, excellent communication skills, and be able to provide top-notch customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and walk-in visitors.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests and clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and transaction details.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues.
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role in the Hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Familiarity with front office software and technology, such as reservation systems and CRM tools.
