Qualifications

Strong verbal communication and professional telephone etiquette
Proficiency in problem-solving and active listening skills
Ability to manage and organize client data and maintain accurate records
Customer relationship-building and time management skills
Confidence in handling rejections and achieving sales or customer engagement targets
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Experience in a Telecalling, customer service, or sales role is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in communication is a bonus
