We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Telecaller to join our Stock Broking team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating calls to potential clients, educating them about our stock trading services, and converting leads into customers. This role requires a strong understanding of stock markets and the ability to explain complex financial products in a simple and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, explaining stock market products, services, and investment opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions related to stock broking services.
• Assist customers in setting up trading accounts and guide them through the documentation process.
• Handle queries and concerns from clients, providing clear and accurate information about the stock market.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and sales.
• Stay updated with market trends and stock broking services to effectively communicate with clients.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve strategies for lead generation and conversion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales or telecalling, preferably in the financial or stock broking industry.
• Basic understanding of stock markets, equity trading, and investment products.
• Excellent communication skills in [Insert language], both verbal and written.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
