Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller located in Nehru Place Block B. The Tele Caller will be responsible for initiating telephonic conversations with potential and existing patients, providing relevant information about the hospital’s services, scheduling appointments, and following up on patient inquiries. The role also includes maintaining patient records, handling feedback, and ensuring excellent customer service. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Experience in telecalling, customer service, or related fields Ability to manage and record patient interactions and data Proficiency in using telecommunication and CRM software Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a team and handle patient inquiries efficiently Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; any additional relevant certification is a plus

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Unit Head to lead our hospital unit in Chirag Enclave, South Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring superior patient experiences, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and supporting our vision for next-generation healthcare delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations across all hospital departments. Coordinate clinical & non-clinical teams for seamless patient care. Manage support functions: front office, billing, housekeeping, security, F&B, and maintenance. Ensure compliance with NABH standards and regulatory norms (fire safety, BMW, etc.). Plan manpower, approve rosters, and address staff grievances. Drive patient satisfaction initiatives; resolve complaints promptly. Monitor operations through dashboards & MIS; implement corrective measures. Oversee SOP implementation, quality improvement projects, and audits. Collaborate on budgeting, cost optimization, and revenue enhancement. Partner with marketing & business development for unit promotion. Ensure facility readiness, safety audits, and emergency preparedness. Qualifications Proven leadership & team management skills in healthcare. Strong operational management expertise. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Problem-solving mindset with decisive leadership ability. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. Experience in hospital/healthcare management preferred.
