Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for an Unit Head. The Unit Head is responsible for the overall strategic direction and leadership of Sankara Eye Hospitals. Daily tasks include overseeing operational efficiency, financial performance, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. The CEO will collaborate with medical staff, manage partnerships, and drive growth initiatives to expand the organization's reach and impact.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
• Experience in financial management and operational efficiency
• Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and compliance
• Ability to lead and motivate teams toward achieving organizational goals
• Proven track record in business development and growth initiatives
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related fields
• Experience in the eye care or wider healthcare sector is highly desirable
