As the Operations Manager at a 70-bedded Single Specialty Hospital, your role involves managing the Operations and P&L of the hospital to ensure sound fiscal operation while promoting cost-effective services. Your responsibilities include devising strategies to achieve financial targets, collaborating with senior management on strategic plans, maintaining patient care, safety, and education goals, and connecting with key doctors to enhance the hospital's positioning. You will need to stay updated on competition activities, launch new medical programs, and ensure adherence to standardized policies and procedures. Building a culture of open communication, accountability, and timely decision-making is vital. Additionally, you are responsible for compliance with quality standards, patient care commitments, statutory and regulatory norms, and ethical practices. Your educational qualifications should include an MHA, with a preference for an MBA/MHA from a recognized institute. Ideally, you should have 10-15 years of experience in balanced roles in Operations, Finance, and Administration, with leadership experience in healthcare settings.
