Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Shape and execute the company’s technical vision, closely aligned with business goals.
• Work alongside the other leadership team members to drive company-wide growth and transformation.
• Mentor and empower the technology leads and other technical leaders to cultivate a high-performing culture.
• Expand technical capabilities to address evolving client needs across sectors and geographies.

Growth and Innovation

• Lead adoption of cutting-edge technologies and foster a culture of innovation.
• Identify new revenue streams, markets, and service lines that can scale.
• Build frameworks for operational excellence, cost-efficiency, and high-impact delivery.

Technology Leadership

• Oversee the successful delivery of complex, cross-domain projects with architectural rigor.
• Ensure technical scalability, security, and maintainability across all client solutions.
• Partner with engineering leaders to uphold and evolve best practices.

Client and Market Engagement

• Represent the company as the key technical voice in strategic client conversations.
• Build deep, trust-based client relationships to drive long-term partnerships.
• Act as a thought leader in industry forums, strengthening our positioning and visibility.

Operational Excellence

• Institutionalize Agile and iterative development practices for consistent delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in resource planning, timelines, and team productivity.
• Ensure smooth project handoffs with high quality and client satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

• 6+ years of leadership experience in service-based organizations,.
• Proven record of scaling services or tech consulting businesses, managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects.
• Strong grounding in the IT services or digital agency space, with broad industry exposure.

Technical Expertise

• Hands-on understanding of full-stack development, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps ecosystems.
• Skilled at designing scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade systems.
• Ability to lead and influence architectural decisions across projects and teams.
