Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide strategies across talent acquisition, leadership development, internal mobility, succession planning, and cultural integration.Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Strategy & Architecture
- Design and institutionalize a proprietary 'Talent DNA' aligned with leadership values and cognitive culture.
- Define success profiles across functions and levels to guide hiring, promotions, and internal movements.
- Drive alignment of talent frameworks across group companies, enabling scalability and shared philosophy.
- Talent Acquisition Innovation
- Lead an always-on Talent Intelligence engine using platforms
- Build and sustain diverse pipelines from alumni, referrals, silver medalists, and passive talent pools.
- Collaborate with employer branding to sharpen narrative and attract culturally aligned talent.
- Assessment and Selection
- Implement predictive hiring models integrating psychometrics, simulations, and structured interviews.
- Establish selection platforms and rubrics that go beyond CVs to evaluate cultural and functional fit.
- Drive capability-building among hiring managers and business teams on modern assessment practices.
- Onboarding & Cultural Integration
- Design personalized onboarding journeys based on role, function, and behavioral profiles.
- Embed rituals and peer-led support mechanisms that accelerate cultural assimilation and productivity.
- Launch 'Cultural Integrator' roles to champion cohesion and belonging for new joiners.
- Internal Mobility & Talent Development
- Build systems to identify, assess, and promote high-potential internal talent using data and analytics.
- Run structured rotations, talent labs, and stretch assignments to accelerate leadership readiness.
- Partner with business heads to create functional development paths and cross-functional career tracks.
- Succession & Talent Analytics
- Lead succession planning reviews and establish Talent Councils across the enterprise.
- Leverage tools like CultureAmp or Lattice to monitor engagement, retention risk, and pipeline health.
- Create actionable dashboards to track internal talent strength and organizational capability gaps.
The Successful Applicant
Ideal Candidate
- 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, with deep exposure to pharma, manufacturing, or other industrial sectors
- Proven track record of owning the entire talent agenda, including acquisition, retention, and succession planning
- Demonstrated experience designing scalable talent frameworks and implementing leadership development programs
- Hands-on knowledge of TRM/ATS platforms , psychometric tools, and engagement analytics (e.g., CultureAmp, Lattice)
- Strategic thinker with strong executional capability and the ability to influence CXO-level stakeholders
- Experience in building unified talent systems across multi-entity or group organizations is highly valued
