Head of Sponsorships

You’ll craft unique, high-value propositions that allow brands to meaningfully integrate with the festival’s ethos while achieving their business objectives — whether that’s visibility, sampling, engagement, or association with sustainability and lifestyle culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sponsorship Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sponsorship sales strategy for Ekatva Festival.
• Identify and approach potential partners across categories — FMCG, F&B, lifestyle, wellness, travel, tech, fashion, sustainability, and more.
• Design multi-tier sponsorship packages and brand activation opportunities that balance revenue goals with authentic integration.
• Research market trends and identify new partnership avenues aligned with Ekatva’s values and audience.

2. Timely Onboarding of Sponsors

• Ensure a thorough onboarding of Sponsors Partner

  with the

  Operations team

  to ensure smooth sponsor execution throughout - pre event, on-site, and post event — from branding visibility to experiential setups.
• Ensure media plan is shared in advance with the sponsors and sponsor sales are done before media promotions for the event begin. .
• Close Sponsorships according to the given timelines.

3. Brand Outreach & Relationship Management

• Build and nurture relationships with marketing heads, brand managers, and agencies.
• Conduct high-quality pitches and presentations that communicate Ekatva’s creative and cultural value.
• Ensure clarity on each sponsor’s timelines for budget planning and allocation.
• Ensure sponsor satisfaction through proactive communication, timely deliverables, and post-event reporting.

4. Collaboration with Internal Teams

• Work closely with the

  Curation, Marketing, and Production teams

  to design compelling sponsorship integrations and on-ground activations.
• Coordinate with the

  Content & Design team

  to develop high-quality sales decks, case studies, and promotional materials.

5. Financials & Reporting

Own and achieve sponsorship revenue targets.

Track progress through CRM or internal reporting systems.

Prepare detailed sponsor reports, including performance metrics and ROI analyses post-event.

Monitor competitor events and maintain an understanding of pricing, brand expectations, and partnership benchmarks.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Achievement of sponsorship and partnership revenue targets.
• Sponsor satisfaction and renewal rate.
• Growth in new sponsor categories and quality of partnerships.
• Efficiency in delivery and coordination of brand activations.

Ideal Candidate Profile
