About Ekatva Festival

Ekatva Festival

It’s where conscious brands, creators, and culture lovers come together to experience, explore, and engage with ideas shaping a more mindful lifestyle.

We’re looking for a sales executive who can bring energy, creativity, and precision to the table — someone who thrives on building connections, closing deals, and creating value for purpose-driven brands and businesses.

About the Role

Exhibitor & Category Sponsorship Sales Executive

Exhibitors and conscious brands for stalls and pop-ups (F&B, fashion, design, lifestyle, wellness, and more)

Smaller category sponsors and partners, such as sustainability brands, local eco-initiatives, or lifestyle collaborations

You’ll be at the heart of brand relationships — identifying potential partners, pitching creatively, and ensuring every exhibitor and sponsor has an exceptional experience before, during, and after the festival.

Key Responsibilities

1. Exhibitor Sales

Identify and onboard brands for stalls, F&B pop-ups, and showcase zones across categories like food, wellness, fashion, art, home décor, and sustainability.

Manage the full sales cycle — outreach, pitching, negotiations, onboarding, and payment closure.

Maintain and update the exhibitor database with leads, conversions, and performance metrics.

Ensure all exhibitors receive timely communication about setup guidelines, logistics, and festival requirements.

2. Category Sponsorships

Drive smaller category sponsorships such as workshop partners, green partners, hydration partners, or experience zones.

Create customized integration opportunities for brands that align with Ekatva’s spirit and audience.

Work closely with the Head of Sponsorships to execute and deliver value for each partner.

Ensure all branding, placement, and deliverables for sponsors are fulfilled during the event.

3. Relationship Management

Serve as the point of contact for exhibitors and small sponsors pre-, during, and post-event.

Build long-term relationships with brands to encourage renewals across future our events and content partnerships.

Coordinate with operations and design teams to ensure smooth on-ground delivery for all partners.

4. Coordination & Reporting

Maintain daily and weekly reports on sales progress, pipeline status, and targets.

Collaborate with the marketing team for brand visibility and promotional tie-ins.

Assist in creating sales decks, proposals, and post-event reports for sponsors and exhibitors.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Achievement of exhibitor and small sponsorship sales targets.

Quality and diversity of brands onboarded.

Partner satisfaction and retention for future editions.

Smooth execution of exhibitor and sponsor deliverables.

Ideal Candidate Profile

2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, event partnerships, exhibitions, or media sponsorships.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Passionate about sustainable and plant-based lifestyle, creativity, and conscious living.

Comfortable managing multiple clients and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Prior experience in festivals, exhibitions, or community events is a plus.

Must-Haves

Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Great relationship-building and people skills.

Flexible with a learning attitude.

Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
