📌 Job Title: Chief of Staff (Growth & Projects) or Head of Special Projects & Founder’s Office   🎯 Mission Statement: To serve as the founder’s strategic right hand by owning high-impact projects, managing cross-functional execution, and creating systems that help scale Bag Studio    💼 Role Summary: You will: • Translate vision into action. Run 4–6 live business initiatives per quarter. • Be the project lead — drive timelines, remove roadblocks, own outcomes. • Handle execution across marketing, operations, partnerships, and systems. • Create dashboards, reports, SOPs, and rituals that improve efficiency. • Free up the founder’s time by owning follow-through, managing vendors, and reporting progress weekly. This is a builder role — not a coordinator.   🛠️ Key Responsibilities: 🚀 Growth & Strategy Projects • Drive implementation of WhatsApp & Email marketing (AiSensy, CRM tagging, lead follow-up) • Manage new client onboarding journey and case-study publishing calendar • Coordinate trade show participation (booth prep, follow-ups, brochures, etc.) • Track and report KPIs for leads, sales, margins, and repeat orders ⚙️ Systems & Process Enablement • Build SOPs across quote-to-sample, order-to-dispatch, sampling coordination, etc. • Manage factory workflow improvements and bottleneck resolution • Create and maintain dashboards using Notion, Excel, Airtable, etc. 🤝 Team & Vendor Coordination • Track deliverables of freelancers (graphic design, website, content) • Run weekly sprints with internal teams (sales, sampling, production) • Own internal project timelines, reminders, and follow-through 📊 Reporting & Founder Enablement • Weekly founder updates with snapshot of all active projects • Help prep investor/trade decks, dashboards, pitch material when needed • Be the founder’s second brain and execution engine   ✅ Must-Have Skills: • 3–6 years of experience in operations, growth, or founder’s office roles • Strong project management skills (Notion, Excel, Google Suite) • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to think logically and create structured systems • Self-starter attitude — comfortable with ambiguity and imperfect info • Bonus: exposure to D2C, B2B, manufacturing, or startup scaling environments   ❤️ Bonus Traits: • You’re an obsessive tracker and finisher • You get energy from organizing chaos • You can write well — and drive execution without drama • You thrive in a builder role, not a maintenance one   📍 Location: Kolkata    💸 Compensation: • ₹60,000-₹65,000/month (CTC), with performance-based bonuses • Work directly with a mission-driven founder building a high-impact brand
