From Paris to Tokyo, our bags tell stories — and now we’re looking for a designer who can help us write the next chapter. What You’ll Do You’ll lead the creation of bag and accessory collections that blend timeless Indian craftsmanship with modern, global style. Your day-to-day will include: Designing new bag styles across categories — totes, pouches, slings, drawstrings, etc. Developing mood boards, color stories, and collection themes aligned with international markets. Exploring new materials, trims, handles, closures, and finishes with a focus on sustainable sourcing. Preparing technical sketches, spec sheets, and sample briefs for the sampling team. Keeping a pulse on global trends, buyer preferences, and competitor collections. Collaborating with the sampling team to bring your ideas to life — from first prototype to final refinement. Visiting the production floor and suppliers when required, to understand how design translates to manufacturability. Who You Are A creative thinker with a passion for bags, accessories, and conscious design. 2–5 years of experience designing fashion accessories, lifestyle products, or soft goods. Graduate in Fashion Design / Accessory Design / Lifestyle Design from NIFT, NID, or equivalent. Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and hand sketching. Curious about natural materials like cotton, jute, canvas, vegan leather, and recycled blends. Aware of international design aesthetics, especially for markets like the US, Europe, and Japan.
