Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Garment Quality Specialist located in Jaipur. The Garment Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring that our garments are manufactured with the highest quality standards and that they meet our brand's expectations for quality and finish. The Garment Quality Specialist will work closely with our team of designers, pattern makers, and production staff to ensure that each garment is of the highest quality and meets all production standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in garment quality control or a related field Strong knowledge of garment construction & quality standards, including seams, stitching, fabric, and fit Ability to identify and resolve quality issues before the production process begins Excellent communication skills to communicate with all levels of staff and management Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with standard software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
