Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of 10+ QC checkers, ensuring consistent quality standards. Performance Tracking: Monitor and track the performance of individual checkers, providing feedback and support for improvement. Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QC reports for management, highlighting quality trends, issues, and progress. In-line Checking: Conduct daily in-line checks of work being produced to catch and correct issues early in the process.
