Boutique Operations Manager – Female
IFA Design is a premium fashion boutique known for high-quality material selection, hand embroidery, and professional stitching services. Our goal is to provide a seamless customer experience and take the business to the next level with strong operations and team leadership. Job Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day boutique operations including stitching, handwork, and customer service Coordinate with tailors, embroidery workers, and material suppliers Maintain inventory of fabrics, accessories, and finished orders Ensure timely delivery of customer orders with quality checks Handle walk-in clients, take measurements, and manage custom orders Supervise and train staff (cutters, tailors, handwork artists) Maintain cleanliness and organization in the boutique Record sales, orders, and staff work hours (basic reporting) Suggest design trends, customer offers, and improvements Take ownership to grow and scale the business professionally Social Media & Online: Daily posting of Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp stories Share new materials, custom designs, and client deliveries Take photos/videos of boutique activities (basic content creation) Reply to online inquiries and coordinate online orders Help grow followers and digital branding Goals / Objectives: Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with timely and quality delivery Build a responsible and motivated team Improve efficiency and reduce material wastage Increase monthly sales through better service and boutique presentation Help digitize records and bring structure to operations Ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction Improve order delivery speed and product quality Increase online engagement and boutique visibility Build a strong team and positive work environment Who We’re Looking For: Female candidate with strong leadership and multitasking skills Experience in boutique/fashion/store management preferred Good understanding of stitching, handwork, and boutique materials Confident communicator with basic knowledge of customer service Responsible, honest, and passionate about growing with the business Language: [Malayalam , English, Hindi,[optional:Kannada .] Job Type & Timing: Full-Time [Mention work hours, 9:30 AM – 5:30PM] Salary: Based on experience + Performance-based incentives (Bonus for achieving monthly goals or growing online presence) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Kasaragod, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
