Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales team towards achieving set targets and expanding market presence. Your responsibilities will include: - Implementing structured daily visit plans for sales staff to ensure comprehensive market coverage and enhance customer engagement. - Building and grooming team leaders, providing them with clarity on roles, targets, and fostering accountability. - Conducting daily morning and evening review meetings to boost performance, share updates, and address challenges effectively. - Owning and driving monthly and quarterly sales targets with a keen focus on achieving results and maximizing ROI. - Traveling extensively across designated territories to oversee sales activities, engage with key clients and dealers, and provide support to team members. - Analyzing sales metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization, implementing process improvements, and enhancing team capabilities. - Organizing and leading dealer meets, establishing strong relationships with channel partners, and expanding the dealer/distributor networks. - Ensuring systematic management of inbound and outbound leads, utilization of CRM tools, and tracking conversions efficiently. - Making proactive decisions on pricing, product strategies, and resource allocation in collaboration with senior management. Qualifications required for this role include: - A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in B2C or B2B sales, preferably within the solar projects C&I and Ground mounted, or renewable energy industry. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and nurture high-performing teams. - Excellent planning, communication, and interpersonal abilities. - Readiness to travel extensively as per business requirements. - Goal-oriented mindset with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency in working with CRM tools and utilizing data-driven insights for decision-making processes.,
