Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru for the Head of Sales Marketing role. The Head of Sales Marketing will be responsible for driving sales growth, strategizing marketing campaigns, managing key accounts, and leading the sales team. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, creating strategies to achieve sales targets, building strong customer relationships, managing team performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the sales and marketing processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Sales Management skills with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
• Expertise in Account Management and the ability to nurture and grow client relationships
• Excellent Team Management skills, including leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing sales team
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with a focus on innovative solutions
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in technology, artificial intelligence, or software solutions industries preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
