Role Overview: You will be the Head of Sales Marketing at Kien Exim Pvt Ltd, located in Gurugram. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the sales and marketing strategies, manage client accounts, drive revenue growth, and oversee the sales team. Your daily tasks will include analyzing market trends, developing sales plans, managing key accounts, and implementing team management practices to ensure the team goals are achieved.
