Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for implementing structured daily visit plans for the sales staff to ensure market coverage and customer engagement. Additionally, you will build and groom team leaders, conduct sales meetings, drive target-driven execution, travel extensively across assigned territories, analyze sales metrics for continuous improvement, engage with dealers, manage leads systematically, and make proactive decisions on pricing and product strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Implement daily visit plans for sales staff - Build and groom team leaders - Conduct daily morning and evening review meetings - Own and drive monthly and quarterly sales targets - Travel extensively across assigned territories - Analyze sales metrics and market trends - Organize and lead dealer meets - Ensure systematic handling of leads and conversion tracking - Make proactive decisions on pricing and product strategies Qualifications Required: - Proven experience (7+ years) in B2C or B2B sales, preferably in the solar projects C&I and Ground mounted, or renewable energy industry - Strong leadership and team-building capabilities - Excellent planning, communication, and interpersonal skills - Willingness to travel extensively - Goal-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets - Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision making,
