Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Pune for the Head of Sales Marketing. The role involves overseeing the sales and marketing strategies, managing key client accounts, leading a high-performing team, driving sales revenue, and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth. The Head of Sales Marketing will also ensure alignment between marketing efforts and organizational goals while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Sales Management skills with the ability to develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Proven experience in Account Management, including building and maintaining client relationships
• Exceptional Team Management and leadership skills to drive motivation and productivity
• Excellent Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and strategy improvement
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the digital marketing industry and 4-5 years experience.
