Profile - Head of Sales

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to deliver high performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
• Oversee end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
• Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, and provide regular performance reports.
• Work closely with marketing, project, and finance teams for integrated go-to-market planning.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and post-sales relationship management.
• Represent the company at client meetings, events, and exhibitions.

Skills Required:

• 8-10 years of experience in real estate sales, including 3–5 years in a leadership role..
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of residential/commercial real estate markets and buyer behavior.
• Experience working with CRM tools.
• Strong network of brokers and agents is a must.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and adapt strategies in a competitive environment.
• Familiar with modern property technologies like virtual tours, 3D floor plans, and online booking systems.
