Profile - Civil Site Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Interpret and implement technical drawings and construction plans.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Ensure materials used and work performed meet specifications.
Manage site inspections and quality checks.
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and site-related issues.
Ensure all safety procedures and environmental regulations are followed on-site.

Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
3-5 years of relevant site experience in civil construction.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and team coordination skills.
Willingness to work at construction sites and travel as needed.
