Job Summary:

Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, budgets, and design preferences.
Develop design concepts, mood boards, space plans, and 3D renderings.
Select and source materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting, and décor.
Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications for contractors and suppliers.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is met.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Conduct site visits to oversee installations and ensure quality control.
Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and technologies.
Present design proposals and revisions to clients effectively.
Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate pricing when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in
Interior Design
,
Architecture
, or a related field.
Proven experience (2–5+ years) in interior design.
Proficiency in design software such as
AutoCAD

SketchUp
,
Revit
,
Adobe Creative Suite
, or
3ds Max
.
Strong knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and design best practices.
Excellent visualization, creativity, and attention to detail.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
