Our client, an Indian fashion brand specializing in ethnic and Indo-Western apparel for women, primarily operates through online channels. Offering a diverse portfolio of contemporary and traditional styles, the brand seeks to maintain its reputation for quality and innovation in the market. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Lead and manage regional/store managers to align store-level operations with company objectives. Execute strategic initiatives and retail programs across all locations effectively. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in operations. People Management: Recruit, train, and mentor retail leadership teams for optimal performance. Develop succession plans and ensure talent development at all organizational levels. Promote a performance-driven culture with clear accountability and recognition mechanisms. Customer Experience: Uphold exceptional customer service standards across all stores. Implement customer feedback systems and drive service enhancement initiatives. Sales and Revenue Growth: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to boost revenue through promotions, merchandising, and customer engagement. Set sales targets, monitor outcomes, and implement necessary corrective measures. Inventory & Supply Chain: Supervise inventory management practices to maintain stock accuracy and availability. Coordinate with supply chain and merchandising teams for efficient stock replenishment. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure retail operations comply with company policies, legal regulations, and health & safety standards. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to mitigate potential liabilities. Budgeting & Cost Management: Develop and oversee operational budgets for the retail division. Identify cost-saving opportunities while upholding service quality standards. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (MBA Preferred) - 10+ years of progressive experience in retail operations with multi-site management responsibilities. - Demonstrated leadership abilities with large, diverse retail teams. - Strong financial acumen and experience in managing P&L statements. - Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills. - Ability to excel in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. Preferred Skills: - Proficiency with retail tech and POS systems. - Sound understanding of e-commerce and omnichannel retail strategies.,
