Job Description

As a Sales and Business Development Manager in the luxury retail sector, your main responsibility will be to develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. You will need to monitor sales performance across stores, identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and locations for expansion, and take corrective actions to improve results. In addition to sales and business development, you will be in charge of ensuring seamless store operations and compliance with luxury brand guidelines. This includes overseeing inventory management, stock optimization, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service and brand representation. Your role will also involve team leadership and development, where you will lead, motivate, and manage store managers and retail teams across the region. Regular training on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques will be essential. Setting clear performance goals and providing constructive feedback will help drive the team towards success. Furthermore, as a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for brand management and visual merchandising. Ensuring consistent visual merchandising and adherence to global luxury brand aesthetics, collaborating with the marketing team for local brand promotions and events, and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth customers and VIP clientele will be crucial. Analyzing market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, providing insights and reports on sales performance and market opportunities, and implementing competitive strategies to enhance market positioning will also be part of your role. Lastly, you will need to ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and financial protocols. Managing budgets, expenses, and financial reporting for the region, conducting regular audits, and maintaining operational efficiency will be essential for success in this position. To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 10-16 years of experience in luxury retail (Apparel/Beauty/Footwear) and hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. Strong leadership, team management, interpersonal skills, ability to drive sales, manage operations, maintain brand standards, excellent communication, negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of luxury customer behavior and high-end retail dynamics are key requirements for this position. Experience working with premium international luxury brands in Footwear, Beauty, fashion, accessories, watches, or jewelry, and understanding of luxury (Apparel/Beauty/Footwear) market and consumer demographics will be beneficial for your success in this role.,
