Salary range : Upto 20 LPA Location: Mumbai (Work from Office) Working days : Monday to Saturday Meet Your Manager : You will work directly with the Founder, a seasoned entrepreneur with a passion for craftsmanship and innovation. Known for their attention to detail and commitment to excellence, they value proactive problem-solving and collaborative teamwork. You will be responsible for these Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs): Brand Strategy & Storytelling : Craft and maintain a compelling luxury brand narrative that reflects the company’s commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and brilliance. Digital & Performance Marketing : Lead digital growth through SEO, paid ads, content strategy, and social media to drive high-intent traffic and customer engagement. Customer Acquisition & Retention : Design marketing funnels that attract new clients and nurture long-term relationships, especially with high-value customers and retailers. Campaigns & Partnerships : Execute high-impact campaigns and forge strategic partnerships with influencers, luxury platforms, and retail collaborators. Market & Consumer Insights : Continuously analyze industry trends and customer data to guide product positioning, pricing, and competitive strategy. Team Leadership & Budget Ownership : Build and manage a high-performing marketing team while overseeing budgets to ensure ROI-focused execution. Your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Brand Growth & Awareness: Track increase in brand visibility through digital reach, PR coverage, and social engagement. Campaign Performance & ROI: Measure ROI on marketing campaigns, including leads generated, conversions, and revenue impact. Who We're Looking For Detail-oriented and self-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and brand building; experience in the luxury or premium segment is a strong advantage Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred Proven expertise in performance marketing, social media, content strategy, and CRM tools Skilled at leading cross-functional teams with clarity, empathy, and collaboration Deep understanding of consumer behavior and brand positioning, especially in premium markets Passionate about building brand equity and driving customer loyalty in a fast-paced environment In-depth understanding of consumer behavior, especially in premium and luxury segments Passionate about building brand love and long-term customer loyalty Able to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a solution-oriented mindset Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Current CTC ?
