Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, result-driven Head of Marketing to lead our overall marketing strategy, brand development, digital campaigns, and growth initiatives. You’ll be at the forefront of building awareness, generating quality leads, and driving revenue growth across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the complete marketing strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead a team across digital marketing, content, design, and branding
• Drive customer acquisition through SEO, SEM, social media, and influencer campaigns
• Oversee brand management, storytelling, and internal/external communications
• Analyze market trends, user behavior, and performance data to optimize campaigns
• Collaborate with sales, product, and senior management to support growth initiatives
• Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and ROI reporting
• Build partnerships and PR strategies to improve market visibility

Requirements:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in leading marketing teams, preferably in the edtech or service industry
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy
• Hands-on experience with performance marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to drive high-impact campaigns from concept to execution
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
