Key Responsibilities -

Leadership Development


  • Design and scale

    leadership journeys

    across all levels, from emerging leaders to C-suite readiness.
  • Innovate learning experiences through

    immersive case studies, simulations, mentoring, and business challenges.

    anchored on ESDS’s principle of “Leadership at Every Level.”


Growth Mindset & Cultural Transformation


  • Champion ESDS’s

    Growth Mindset philosophy

    , embedding adaptability, resilience, and continuous learning into everyday practices.
  • Drive cultural interventions that strengthen collaboration, innovation, and customer-centric behaviors.
  • Partner with HR & Culture teams to weave

    values and behaviors

    into every learning journey.


Technology + Behavioral Learning


  • Integrate

    technical capability building

    (Cloud, Data Center, Cybersecurity, AI, Emerging Tech) with

    behavioral mastery

    (resilience, collaboration, customer centricity).
  • Establish

    structured technical academies

    that empower ESDSians to continuously upskill.
  • Act as the

    bridge between tech leaders and people development

    , ensuring future skill readiness.


Academia (Corporate University)


  • Establish and operationalize

    ESDS Academia

    as the hub for continuous learning and leadership excellence.
  • Design

    role-based academies

    (Sales, Technical, Leadership, Service Excellence).
  • Partner with

    global universities, certification bodies, and industry experts

    to bring best-in-class, future-forward learning.


Collaboration & External Networking


  • Build

    robust networks

    with industry leaders, trainers, coaches, and SMEs to diversify ESDS’s learning ecosystem.
  • Foster

    strategic partnerships

    with academia and thought leaders to bring global perspectives.
  • Develop a faculty pool (internal + external) to deliver world-class training across technical, leadership, and behavioral domains.


Learning Ecosystem & Governance


  • Implement

    blended learning solutions

    —digital platforms, gamified modules, peer learning, and simulations.
  • Establish

    governance metrics

    (ROI, Kirkpatrick levels, Capability Index, Culture Shift) linking learning outcomes to business impact.
  • Publish

    quarterly dashboards

    tracking progress against business KPIs, talent pipeline, and cultural transformation.
  • Mentor and grow the internal L&D team while cultivating a

    network of mentors and faculty

    .


Key Deliverables (First 12–18 Months)


  • Transformation of leadership programs, with

    measurable improvements in leadership pipeline readiness

Qualifications


  • Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Technology Management, or equivalent.
  • 15+ years of progressive L&D experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in

    enterprise-level leadership development

    and scaling L&D initiatives.
  • Strong balance of

    technical fluency and behavioral development expertise.

  • Certifications in coaching, instructional design, or

    AI in learning

    are highly desirable.
