Head of Learning and Development

The role will involve a range of responsibilities including: Strategic Leadership & Organizational Development: - Leading Leadership Development Programs for senior management and high-potential employees to build a strong leadership pipeline. - Designing and implementing scalable learning programs across various regions and functions to ensure consistent quality and impact. Corporate & Functional Training: - Developing and conducting training programs for corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Technology, Sales, and Customer Service. - Ensuring that functional training aligns with business objectives and role-specific competencies. - Implementing e-learning platforms and blended learning solutions to offer flexible learning opportunities. Managing Distributed Workforce Training: - Creating and overseeing learning initiatives for employees in different locations across India. - Ensuring uniform training quality and delivery across multiple regions and branches. Learning Impact Measurement & Continuous Improvement: - Defining and monitoring learning metrics (KPI/ROI) to evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives. - Regularly reviewing and enhancing training content based on feedback and evolving business requirements. Essential Experience: - Minimum of 13 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, and Leadership Training. - Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering leadership and functional training in dispersed locations. - Proficiency in leading L&D initiatives across diverse business functions like Sales, Finance, Technology, and HR. - Strong knowledge of OD frameworks, competency development, and talent management. - Skillful in utilizing learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership abilities.,
