Job Description

You will lead the Vistras Learning and Development (L&D) strategy to foster a culture of continuous growth and innovation. Your focus will be on aligning learning initiatives with business objectives, enabling employee development, and driving organizational success through career growth, leadership capabilities, and multi-disciplinary skill-building. This role is perfect for a forward-thinking L&D leader who enjoys driving meaningful change, fostering employee growth, and ensuring that learning is a strategic lever for business success. Your responsibilities will include designing strategies for continuous growth and relevance of colleagues in the market, cultivating leadership at all levels, driving the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to enhance learning outcomes, and building an environment that encourages mentoring, knowledge-sharing, and talent mobility. You will develop and implement an L&D strategy aligned with organizational goals, partner with business leaders to embed learning into key processes, collaborate with Purpose and People teams to align learning programs with culture and engagement initiatives, oversee the creation of career growth programs and leadership development initiatives, leverage data-driven insights for impactful learning experiences, evaluate and implement emerging technologies like Learning Experience Platforms (LXPs), and foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and growth. Additionally, you will establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives, report on the impact of learning programs on employee engagement, performance, and business outcomes, possess strategic vision, an innovative mindset, leadership excellence, analytical capability, collaboration skills, and proficiency with learning platforms technology. You should have at least 10+ years of progressive experience in L&D leadership roles, a strong understanding of adult learning principles, corporate training practices, a proven track record in designing career development and leadership programs, familiarity with learning trends, and expertise in leading learning transformations within complex organizations. Ideally, you will have specialized training or certifications within the field and experience working in diverse global markets.
