Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for the position of Head of Human Resources. The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. This role requires strategic thinking to align HR initiatives with the company's goals and fostering a productive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Experience in the consultancy or business development sector is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
