What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition – Lead end-to-end hiring across technical, sales, service, and operations.
Employee Engagement – Drive initiatives that make work inspiring, collaborative, and fun.
Performance & Growth – Implement appraisal systems, incentive models, and career pathways.
Learning & Development – Design training roadmaps and leadership programs.
HR Operations – Oversee payroll, compliance, and policies with efficiency and transparency.
Strategic Partner – Work closely with leadership on workforce planning and culture building.

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of experience in HR (education, tech, or innovation sector preferred).
Strong knowledge of modern HR practices & Indian labor laws.
Great communicator, empathetic leader, and culture builder.
Data-driven, innovative, and comfortable working in a fast-scaling setup.
