At Technoventor Innovations, you will be part of the team that is creating a network of Makerspaces, FabLabs, Idea Labs, and Joy-of-Making Labs across various educational institutions and corporates in India. With over 90 labs established nationwide, we are at the forefront of shaping the future of STEAM education, prototyping, and innovation ecosystems. Your role as an HR Manager will be crucial in scaling the organization, nurturing talent, and fostering a thriving culture. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end hiring processes across technical, sales, service, and operations departments. - Driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and create an inspiring and collaborative work environment. - Implementing appraisal systems, incentive models, and career pathways to support performance and growth. - Designing training roadmaps and leadership programs for continuous learning and development. - Working closely with the leadership team on workforce planning and culture-building initiatives. To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with: - At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the education, tech, or innovation sector. - Strong knowledge of modern HR practices and Indian labor laws. - Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a knack for building a positive organizational culture. - A data-driven and innovative mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-scaling environment.
